After 8(?) transfers, I went from reaching Business Support to cancel an account, to DSL support. Never have I seen worse customer service than I have today, called because I was being overcharged and the representative BLAMED ME and told me switch to a plan than cost more. reported 53 minutes I’ve talked to them twice and they have never gotten back with me.When said it exactly settled our account.
I want the CEOs of and other cell phone companies to break down along a major interstate highway when there is NO SIGNAL!!!!
